Please use the personalization box to write the names as you want them to appear from left to right separated with a comma-be sure to specify if you want a paw print engraved for your pet! --Up to 10 names!

**Ornaments are engraved on wood and therefore will have slight knots, absorb stain differently, and vary in color in engraved are, etc. This is part of what makes them unique. The backs of the ornaments are not ensured to be stained, but often are. If it makes a difference to you-please be sure to let me know and I'll make sure it is.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
